CIO-SP3 Small Business Contract Overview

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) small business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) from National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) is a 10-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract provides IT solutions and services including, but not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial and information management requirements. 

The contract contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation. The contract can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to fulfill a broad range of mission critical IT requirements and socioeconomic goals. This can include health IT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, big data, systems engineering and more. It’s for everything IT in support of the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Department of Defense Enterprise Architecture and the Federal Health Architecture.
